(NORTH BRIDGE STREET, HAWICK)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2019

The Scottish Borders Council (North Bridge Street, Hawick) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 10:00 on 23 March 2019 and is expected to remain in effect until 08:00 on 25 March 2019 - 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for BT network works.

When the Order comes into effect, no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on the east side of North Bridge Street, Hawick from a point 20 metres north of its junction with Croft Road to a point 20 metres south of the same junction.
