(CABERSTON ROAD, WALKERBURN)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2019

The Scottish Borders Council (Caberston Road, Walkerburn) (Temporary Closing) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 20 February 2019 and is expected to remain in effect until 22 February 2019 between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 each day. The Order is required for resurfacing and patching works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along Caberston Road, Walkerburn.

The alternative route for southbound traffic is via the A72, B709, D83/1 and D80/1 to the point of closure, for northbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
