(C9 DREVA ROAD, BROUGHTON)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2019
The Scottish Borders Council (C9 Dreva Road, Broughton) (Temporary Closing) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 4 February 2019 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of three days between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 each day. The Order is required for drainage and culvert repairs.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C9 Dreva Road, Broughton.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the C9, A701, B712 and C9 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained with minor delays.
