(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2019

 

The Scottish Borders Council (Oakfield Court, Kelso) (Temporary Closing) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 15 January 2019 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of two days between the hours of 09:00 and 16:30 each day. The Order is required for resurfacing works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along Oakfield Court, Kelso.

There is no alternative route.

Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained with minor delays.
