THE SCOTTISH BORDERS COUNCIL

(WATERSIDE ROAD, JEDBURGH)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2018

 

The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 07:00 on 30 April 2018 and is expected to remain in effect until 17:00 on 17 July 2018 - 24 hour restriction. The Order is required to permit safe access to the BAM Construction site.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked along the following streets in Jedburgh:

       Waterside Road from Prior’s Road to Old Bridge End

       Boundaries from Old Bridge End southwards for 15 metres

       Oakieknowe Road from Waterside Road eastwards for 20 metres
