(ROSETTA ROAD, PEEBLES)
(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) NO 2 ORDER 2017
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 20 September 2017 and is expected to remain in effect for one day between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30. The Order is required for manhole cover adjustment.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked along both sides of the following streets in Peebles:
(i) Rosetta Road from a point 40 metres south of its junction with Kingsland Square to a point 40 metres north of the same junction;
(ii) Kingsland Square from Rosetta Road eastwards for a distance of 35 metres.
