THE SCOTTISH BORDERS COUNCIL
(BORDERS FESTIVALS – COLDSTREAM)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) NO 2 ORDER 2017
The Scottish Borders Council are making the above Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, with the consent of Scottish Ministers under Section 16B(1)(b) and Section 16B(6)(b) of the said Act. The Order, which has a maximum duration of seven days, will be in force on 6, 7, 9, 10 11 and 12 August 2017. The closures are required to facilitate the holding of relevant events relating to Coldstream Civic Week 2017.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along those lengths of road in Coldstream and the surrounding area on the dates and at the times specified in the Schedule below. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
