The Renfrewshire Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other existing powers, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as “The Renfrewshire Council (B775 Gleniffer Road, Paisley)(Temporary 30 mph Speed Restriction) Order 2023” and shall come into operation on Monday 8th January 2024 and will remain in operation until Sunday 15th December 2024.
2. No person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 mph on the following length of road, by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near that road.
B775 Gleniffer Road, Paisley from a point approx. 600m north of the Neilston electricity substation to a point approx. 1000m south of the Neilston electricity substation.
