TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
C69 Brediland Road, Paisley.
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Paisley in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
C69 Brediland Road, Full Length.
Reason for Restriction: Carriageway Resurfacing.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area. Local and Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative Routes: Cross Road / Corsebar Road / Moredun Road / B775 Gleniffer Road / Foxbar Road / C69 Brediland Road and vice versa.
- Road closed at Morar Drive – Local diversion is Morar Drive / Cardell Road / Green Road / B775 / Follow normal direction signs.
- Road closed at Sunnylaw Drive – Local diversion is Sunnylaw Drive / Moorhouse Avenue / Glenholme Avenue / B775 Corsebar Road / Follow normal direction signs.
- Road closed at Gary Drive – Local diversion is Gary Drive / Morar Drive / Follow normal direction signs.
- Road closed at Tantallon Drive – Local diversion is Tantallon Drive / Meikleriggs Drive / Moorhouse Avenue / Glenholme Avenue / B775 Corsebar Road / Follow normal direction signs
Access to be maintained at all times to Lochaline Avenue, Greenways Court and Inverkar Drive.
This order will be in force on Monday 30th August 2021 till Sunday 12th September 2021. This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
