The Renfrewshire Council has made the undernoted Orders in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The Renfrewshire Council (Renfrew, McGregor Avenue Moorpark Square and Thomson Street) (No waiting at any time) Order 2021

The Order, which comes into operation on the12th July 2021 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on Wednesday 26^th May 2021 and the effect of the Orders is as stated in the said notice. Copies of the Orders and maps relative thereto are available below for inspection for the next 6weeks.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 2^nd July 2021, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
