The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Johnstone in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Quarrelton Road, Johnstone – from house no.6 to 12 (both sides).
Buchannan Street, Johnstone – from its junction with Quarrelton Road eastwards for approx. 24m (both sides).
Polson Drive, Johnstone - from its junction with Quarrelton Road westwards to house no.3 (both sides).
Reason for Restriction: Sewage Works.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area.
Alternative Routes: N/A.
This notice will be in force from Tuesday 30th March 2021 until Friday 2nd April 2021.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
