TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
Caplethill Road and Glenfield Road, Paisley
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Paisley in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Caplethill Road from Grahamston Road to Glenburn Road.
Glenfield Road at Caplethill Road
Reason for Restriction: Carriageway patching.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area. Emergency access will be maintained.
Alternative Routes Caplethill Road: Grahamston Road, Hurlet Road, Lochfield Road, Neilston Road and vice versa.
Alternative Routes Glenfield Road: Glenburn Road.
This notice will be in force on Monday 9th November 2020 to Friday 13th November 2020. This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
