TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
Johnston Street, Paisley
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load (both sides) on the following lengths of road in the town of Paisley in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:-
Johnston Street, from Causeyside Street to Gordon Street.
Reason for Restriction: Carfest Event.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area. Emergency access will be maintained.
Alternative Routes: Causeyside Street, Gordon Street.
This notice will be in force on Saturday, 17th June 2017. This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
