On 16/4/24 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (ONE) temporarily prohibit all driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following roads in Invergowrie:- (1) Mylnefield Road between the Hunter Crescent and Johnston Avenue junctions for 90 metres or thereby; and (2) Gowrie Crescent between the Mylnefield Road and Peter Arbuckle Place junctions for 26 metres or thereby; and (TWO) temporarily prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of Dargie Road, Invergowrie from its junction with Mylnefield Road to its junction with the private access to the property 11 Dargie Road for 40 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles: (1) Main Street – Errol Road – Dryburgh Terrace – Johnston Avenue; and (2) local access when safe to do so. This applies from 29/4/24 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit Scottish Water iron works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
