On 26/3/24 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following roads in Stanley:- (ONE) King Street between the B9099 Perth Road and Mill Street junctions for 273.95 metres or thereby; and (TWO) Mill Street between the King Street and Store Street junctions for 83.07 metres or thereby. This applies on 8/4/24 for an estimated period of 5 weeks to permit Scottish Water installation works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
