On 19/3/24 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following roads in Kinross:- (ONE) Springfield Park between the A922 Springfield Road and McBain Place junctions for 85 metres or thereby; and (TWO) Beveridge Place from its junction with Springfield Park to its junction with the private access to the property 2 Beveridge for 20 metres or thereby. This applies on 2/4/24 for an estimated period of 3 days to permit BT works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
