On 13/2/24 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of Commercial Street, Alyth from 12 to 2 Commercial Street for 48 metres or thereby. This applies on 1/3/24 for an estimated period of 12 weeks to permit scaffolding works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
