On 28/6/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (ONE) temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic on Sandpiper Gardens, Perth (eastbound only) between the Magpie Way and Malvina Place junctions for 38.5 metres or thereby; and (TWO) temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of Sandpiper Gardens, Perth between the Magpie Way and Malvina Place junctions for 38.5 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles:- Sandpiper Gardens - Linnet Drive - Malvina Place. This applies on 11/7/22 for an estimated period of 7 days to permit Scottish Water works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
