On 19/4/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of Glenearn Road, Perth from its junction with the private access to 51 Glenearn Road to its junction with the private access to 27 Glenearn Road inclusive of the cul-de-sac for 75.1 metres or thereby. This applies on 2/5/22 for an estimated period of 2 weeks to permit Scottish Water works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
