On 7/10/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of Glover Street from its junction with Priory Place to the access to No. 17 Glover Street a distance of 55.38 metres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- Abbot Street – Wilson Street – Needless Road – Glover Street. This applies from 18/10/21 for an estimated period of 10 days to permit Scottish Gas Networks installation of new gas supply works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
