On 10/6/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 40mph on the following roads:- (i) the A827 Kenmore Road from a point 533 metres or thereby west of its junction with the A826 Crieff Road westwards for a distance of 290 metres or thereby; and (ii) the A826 Crieff Road from a point 71 metres or thereby south of its junction with Burns Brae south-eastwards for a distance of 270 metres or thereby. This applies from 18/6/21 as the Council acting as Traffic Authority is satisfied that there is a requirement to implement reduced speed limits in the Aberfeldy area as part of the spaces for people safety initiative. These restrictions on the above sections of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months.
