On 8/6/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (ONE) restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 20mph on the B8019 Strathtummel from Loch Tummel House westwards for 1.17 kilometres or thereby; and (TWO) restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 40mph on the following roads:- (1) B8019 Strathtummel (east) from Loch Tummel House eastwards for 287 metres or thereby; and (2) B8019 Strathtummel (west) from a point 1.17 metres or thereby west of Loch Tummel House westwards for 285 metres or thereby. This applies from 18/6/21 as the Council acting as Traffic Authority is satisfied that there is a requirement to implement reduced speed limits in the Strathtummel area as part of the spaces for people safety initiative. These restrictions on the above sections of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months.
