On 29/9/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the C408 Murthly Road, Bankfoot from its junction with Innewan Gardens to its junction with the C408 Stewart Towers for 275 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles is via:- B867 - A9(T) - C569 - B9099. This applies from 6/10/20 for an estimated period of 3 days to permit major road construction works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Access to premises will be maintained.
