On 12/8/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 20mph on the following roads around the Kinloch area:- (1) the A923 (Coupar Angus – Blairgowrie – Dunkeld Road) from a point 660 metres or thereby west of its junction with the U115 eastwards for a distamce of 985 metres or thereby, and (2) the U115 (Kinloch – Middleton Road) from its junction with the A923 northwards for a distance of 136 metres or thereby. This applies from 14/8/20 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a requirement to implement a reduced speed limit to assist with physical distancing safety measures around the Kinloch area. These restrictions on the above sections of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months.
