On 12/8/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 20mph on the following roads around the Glenfarg area:- (1) Greenbank Road for its entire length, a distance of 463 metres or thereby, (2) Ladeside for its entire length, a distance of 182 metres or thereby, and (3) Duncrieve Road for its entire length, a distance of 500 metres or thereby. This applies from 14/8/20 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a requirement to implement a reduced speed limit to assist with physical distancing safety measures around the Glenfarg area. These restrictions on the above sections of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months.
