On 11/8/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 20mph on the following roads around the Grandtully area:- (1) A827 (Ballinluig – Aberfeldy – Killin Road) between a point 290 metres or thereby east of its junction with Grandtully Bridge and a point 140 metres or thereby west of its junction with Aultbeag Road, Little Ballinluig, for 1.03 kilometres or thereby; (2) C447 (Grandtully – Strathtay Road) from its junction with the A827 (Ballinluig – Aberfeldy – Killin Road) northwards to its junction with C447 Main Road, Strathtay, for 305 metres or thereby; (3) Aultbeag Road for its entire length of 151 metres or thereby; (4) Legeonan Road for its entire length of 265 metres or thereby; and (5) The Paddock for its entire length of 87 metres or thereby. This applies from 14/8/20 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a requirement to implement a reduced speed limit to assist with physical distancing safety measures for around the Grandtully area. These restrictions on the above sections of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months.
