On 21/7/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic on the C448 Fortingall Road from its junction with Loop Road, Fortingall to the private access leading the property known as Garth House for 1.54 kilometres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- B846 – A827 – C449. This applies from 3/8/20 for an estimated period of 1 week to permit BT works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestran and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
