On 18/6/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following roads:- (1) from 1/7/20 to 28/8/20 – Newhouse Road, Perth from its junction with Burghmuir Road to its junction with the A85 Crieff Road a distance of 1.4 kilometres or thereby; (2) from 1/8/20 to 28/8/20 – Tulloch Terrace, Perth from its junction with the A85 Crieff Road to its junction with Primrose Crescent a distance of 125 metres or thereby; (3) 20/7/20 to 28/8/20 – Primrose Crescent, Perth from its junction with Tulloch Terrace to its junction with Auld Bond Road a distance of 790 metres or thereby; and (4) 1/7/20 to 28/8/20 – Auld Bond Road, Perth from its junction with Primrose Crescent to its junction with Cooper Drive a distance of 540 metres or thereby. This is to permit Scottish and Southern Telecom works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
