On 12/2/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of the following roads:- (A) Ruthvenfield Road, Perth from entrance to Retail Park to exit from Retail Park for 169.12 metres or thereby, and (B) Lawgrove Place, Perth from its junction with Ruthvenfield Road to the private entrance to Sandvik for 40 metres or thereby. The order will also promote a one way closure of Ruthvenfield Road in an easterly direction towards Inveralmond Roundabout and the A9(T). There will be a requirements for a full road closure for 3 nights within this period and specific details will be provided to all businesses and agencies affected. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- Ruthvenfield Road – B9993 – A9(T). This applies on 17/2/20 for an estimated period of 3 weeks to permit Toucan Crossing installation works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
