On 22/10/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 10mph on the A827 West of Fearnan from its junction with Lawers to its junction with the C449 Main Road, Fearnan for 6.16 kilometres or thereby. This applies from 28/10/19 for an estimated period of 5 weeks to permit sonic testing and borehole works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
