On 10/10/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all pedestrian traffic on the footpath to Cuilc Brae from its junction with the A924 Atholl Road to the access to Tom Cottage a distance of 156.9 metres or thereby. An alternative footpath will be provided. This applies from 21/10/19 for an estimated period of 3 weeks to permit Network Rail works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
