On 29/10/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following roads:- (1) A926 High Street, Rattray between the Sidlaw Road and Honeyberry Drive junctions for 178.77 metres or thereby; and (2) Hatton Road, Rattray from its junction with the A926 High Street to its junction with the private access to the property known as Dunlora for 76.77 metres or thereby. This applies from 15/11/19 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit Scottish Water ironwork repairs. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
