On 18/9/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of High Street, Kinross from its junction with Green Road to its junction with St Ronan’s Drive a distance of 269.17 metres or thereby. This applies from 30/9/19 for an estimated period of 3 weeks to permit junction works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
