On 16/4/19 the Council made Orders under Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 for the purpose of permitting the Perth Races 2019 Season on the following dates: 24 to 26 April, 15 to 16 May, 9 & 22 June, 4, 14, 30 & 31 July, 17 August, and 9, 25 and 26 September 2019. The Orders will temporarily (i) restrict all vehicular traffic to 30/10mph and (ii) prohibit parking and loading on both sides of the A93 Perth to Old Scone from the end of the existing 30mph limit at Upper Springlands to Langedge Bridge for 4.48 kilometres or thereby. Vehicular and pedestrian access will be maintained.
