Perth and Kinross Council (Blairgowrie Traffic Management) (Variation) (No 21) Order 20XX - Perth & Kinross Archived

The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The effect of the Order shall be to alleviate indiscriminate parking, to ensure the flow of traffic and to improve safety of pedestrians, cyclists and all road users by installing an additional One Way road restriction and No Waiting At Any Time waiting restrictions on Lower Mill Street, Blairgowrie.

3. Objectors must state their reasons in writing by 26/4/19 to Head of Legal & Governance Services, Perth and Kinross Council, 2 High Street, Perth PH1 5PH.
