On 12/2/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following sections of road:- (1) Melville Street between the A989 Atholl Street and Low Street junctions for 147.81 metres or thereby; and (2) Barossa Place between the Melville Street and Stormont Street junctions for 79.87 metres or thereby. This applies from 27/2/19 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit Scottish Water maintenance works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months.
