On 20/11/18 the Council made the above Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic on the B8081 Moray Street, Blackford between The Morays and U188 Seathaugh junctions for 701.18 metres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- B8081 – A9(T) – Moray Street. This applies from (a) 00:01hrs to 08:00hrs on 2/12/18, 9/12/18 & 16/12/18, (b) 00:01hrs to 06:00hrs on 24/12/18, (c) 00:01hrs on 5/1/19 to 06:00hrs on 7/1/19, (d) 00:01hrs on 12/1/19 to 06:00hrs on 14/1/19, (e) 00:01hrs on 19/1/19 to 06:00hrs on 21/1/19, (f) 00:01hrs to 08:00hrs on 24/2/19 and (g) 00:01hrs to 06:00hrs on 25/2/19 to permit Network Rail level crossing works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
