On 17/09/18 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to trial a temporary suspension of the prohibition of entry provisions contained in the Perth and Kinross Council (Perth Traffic Management) Consolidation Order 2015 relating to Florence Place, Perth. The changes were proposed as part of a report to the Council’s Enterprise and Infrastructure Committee on 21/3/18 and approval granted for a 12 month trial period (Report No 18/94). This Order will apply from 20/9/18 for an estimated period of 12 months for the purpose of trialling changes to the abovementioned Order in relation to vehicular entry to Florence Place and report back to the Committee on the findings for the duration of the order. Should the trial period continue the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months.
