On 22/8/18 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic on the A827 Fearnan from its junction with the U173 at Kenmore to its junction with the access to Balnearn Lodge, west of Fearnan a distance of 7.71 kilometres or thereby. The Order will also restrict all vehicular traffic to 30mph/10mph on this length of road. Works will be carried out using a stop/stop method of traffic management. This applies from 3/9/18 for an estimated period of 5 days to permit carriageway patching works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
