On 31/7/18 the Council made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which comes into effect on 4/8/18. The proposed Order and its effect were advertised in the Courier on 12/6/18. Anyone wishing to question any aspect of the validity of, or of any of the provisions of, this Order should write to the Court of Session within 6 weeks of 3/8/18.
