Perth and Kinross Council (Stanley Traffic Management) Order 201X - Perth & Kinross Archived

The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The effect of the Order shall be to introduce the Perth and Kinross Council (Stanley Traffic Management) Order 201X in order to allow the creation and enforcement of disabled persons’ parking places on Mill Brae, Stanley.

2. Full details may be examined within normal office hours between 3/8/18 and 24/8/18 at:- Pullar House, Main Reception, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth; Reference Section, AK Bell Library, York Place, Perth and Post Office, 2-4 Percy Street, Stanley PH1 4LU.

3. Objectors must state their reasons in writing, to be sent by 24/8/18 to Head of Legal & Governance Services, Perth and Kinross Council, 2 High Street, Perth PH1 5PH.
