The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
- The effect of the Order shall be to extend the current part time 20mph speed limit on Spoutwells Road onto Spoutwells Drive, Scone in an effort to reduce the risk of road accidents and to improve conditions for pedestrians and all road users.
