On 22/2/18 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic from turning (1) right from Jeanfield Road into Riggs Road. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- Longcauseway – A989 Caledonian Road – York Place – A93 Glasgow Road – Riggs Road, and (2) left from Longcauseway into Riggs Road. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- Jeanfield Road – Rose Crescent – A93 Glasgow Road – Riggs Road. This applies from 19:30hrs on 2/3/18 until 06:00hrs on 3/3/18 to permit Scottish Water manhole replacement works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
