On 16/1/18 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and loading on both sides of the following roads:- (1) Boat Brae between the Riverside Road and Balmoral Road junctions for 240 metres or thereby; (2) High Street, Rattray between the Balmoral Road and Hatton Road junctions for 280 metres or thereby; (3) Riverside Road from its junction with Boat Brae to a point 50 metres or thereby north; (4) Balmoral Road from its junction with High Street, Rattray to a point 50 metres or thereby north; (5) Middle Road between the High Street, Rattray and Coral Bank junctions for 120 metres or thereby; and (6) Hatton Road from its junction with High Street, Rattray to a point 50 metres or thereby north. This applies from 29/1/18 for an estimated period of 5 days to permit BT works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
