On 20/11/17 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit temporarily driving, parking and loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the B847 from the A9(T) to its junction with the private access road to the property known as Drumbeg on the B847 a distance of 1.9 kilometres or thereby. This applies on 27/11/17 for 1 night from 22:00 hours to 06:00 hours to permit rail maintenance works. Alternative route: A9 – B847. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.
