On 17/7/17 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to a speed of 10mph on the A85 Dundee Road from its junction with Fairmount Road to its junction with Island View a distance of 396.73 metres or thereby. This applies from 24/7/17 for 2 weeks to permit puffin crossing installation works. Its maximum duration in terms of the Act is 18 months. Access to premises will be maintained.
