Perth and Kinross Council as planning authority in terms of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation Order and Trees in Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 have made the above Order affecting the trees therein specified. 1. The planning authority considers that this woodland is of high visual amenity and makes a positive contribution to the landscape with a variety of tree species making the biodiversity value high. The trees within the woodland are good examples of their type and are under threat from indiscriminate lopping or felling. 2. Full details may be examined Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, between 30/04/12 and 28/05/12 at:- Council Offices, Main Receptions at either 2 High Street or 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth. 3. Written objections specifying the grounds and particular trees to which the representation is made to be sent to: Head of Legal Services, PKC, 2 High Street, Perth PH1 5PH by 28/05/12. The planning authority shall, before deciding whether to confirm the Order, take into consideration any representations made.
