On 8 October 2018 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to carry out a right turn manoeuvre (with the exception of vehicles engaged on new sewer connection works) on the undernoted roads by reason of works being executed on or near those locations.
