Application to Vary a Premises Licence
Description of Proposed Variation: Amend description of premises to include:
craft spirit/alcohol demonstration and information area. The premises may also be used as a point of dispatch for locally produced alcohol both to the trade and the general public.
Amend off-sales commencement hours on Sunday to 10.00am and terminal hour to 10.00pm daily.
Permit club or other group meetings within core hours.
Permit recorded music within and outwith core hours.
Permit films within core hours.
The premises to be permitted to dispatch, for home delivery to the public or to trade, craft spirit and other alcohol produced locally.
