Description of Proposed Variation: Existing clubhouse being replaced by a new clubhouse and halfway hut.
Update Operating Plan to include:
1. Provide indoor facilities within new clubhouse
2. Provide outdoor (balcony) drinking facilities at the new clubhouse
3. Provide indoor and outdoor facilities at the new halfway hut
4. Include 22 lodges
5. Increase capacity to 255 people in new clubhouse plus 28 in halfway hut
6. Provide off-sales from new clubhouse, pro shop and halfway hut
7. Club meetings to be held prior to core hours
8. Permit under 18's access to the halfway hut
